EPFO to Introduce Direct ATM Withdrawals for PF Claims

EPFO members may soon have the convenience of withdrawing their Provident Fund (PF) directly from ATMs following claim settlements. Currently, claimants wait 7–10 days for claim processing, after which the funds are transferred to their bank accounts.

Under the proposed system, EPFO subscribers will be provided with dedicated cards for ATM withdrawals. This initiative aims to streamline access to funds, offering faster transactions with minimal human involvement, similar to modern banking services.
